Operavix Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

- This Policy on the processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the obligations of the Administrator for non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Data that the User provides at the request of the Site Administration during registration on the website: https://operavix.com.

- The Personal Data Processing Policy, complying with GDPR, determines the order of processing Personal Data and measures to ensure the security of Personal Data by the Site Administration.

- The Personal Data Processing Policy applies to all information that the Site can collect about the user while using the Site's services. By registering on the Site, the User agrees to all the terms of this Policy.

- The Personal Data Processing Policy may be changed by the Site Administration without prior notice to the User. The current version of the Policy is always available on the Internet at: https://operavix.com.

- The new Personal Data Processing Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy.

3. User Registration

- When filling out special forms, the User provides the Site Administration with their Personal Data, including name, surname, mobile number, and email address. The platform may automatically or with the User's participation collect additional information, including IP address, browser version, country, language, UTM parameters, partner tags, address of the page from which the User transitioned to the Platform, and other technical data that can be used for user identification without additional measures.

- Payment of the Tariff, according to which the User uses the Platform's services, is carried out by invoicing and transferring funds to the Company's details.

- For using various services of the Site, the User may need to provide access to accounts of third-party service providers, including, among others, public file storage, instant messaging service, social networks, etc. In this case, the Site Administration may receive additional Personal Data from third parties, including gender, location, user avatar, etc.

- All information accessible through a third-party service provider is processed and stored in accordance with the User Agreement and this Personal Data Processing Policy. By filling out the corresponding web forms and/or sending their Personal Data to the Site Administration, the User of the Site expresses their consent to the Personal Data Processing Policy.

4. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

- Personal data is processed for the purposes of forming contractual relationships, accounting, tax accounting, marketing programs, advertising promotions, research, surveys, and other activities, promoting services and/or products in the market by making direct contacts with the User using various means of communication, including, but not limited to, telephone, email, postal mailing, Internet, etc.

5. Order of Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing

- The Operator ensures the safety of Personal Data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to Personal Data by unauthorized persons.

- The User's Personal Data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except for cases related to the execution of current legislation.

- In case of inaccuracies in Personal Data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator's email address: team@operavix.com with the note "Updating Personal Data."

- The term for processing Personal Data is unlimited. The User can withdraw their consent to the processing of Personal Data at any time by sending a notification via email to the Operator's email address: team@operavix.com with the note "Revocation of consent to the processing of Personal Data." The security of Personal Data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of Personal Data protection.

6. Methods of Collecting Personal Data

- The main ways the Site Administration receives Personal Data from the User: a) The User provides Personal Data directly; b) Personal Data is collected automatically when the User views and/or uses the Site, for example, through cookies and/or similar technologies; c) The User may voluntarily provide Personal Data when connecting and using third-party services integrated into the Site.

7. Management of Personal Data

- The User can update and/or change the Personal Data that he provided and/or that were collected on the User's site, directly in the Personal Account, or by sending a corresponding request to the email address: team@operavix.com. The User can use the same address to request the deletion of the Account. Due to technical reasons, information may not be deleted immediately but with a delay. It is also necessary to take into account that part of the information may be retained to the extent necessary to fulfill legal obligations, settle disputes, prevent fraud, and protect the Administration's legitimate interests.

8. Storage and Protection of Information

- In most cases, Personal Information is processed automatically without access by any of the Site Administration's employees. If such access is necessary, it may be provided only to those employees of the Site Administration who need it to perform their tasks. To protect and ensure the confidentiality of data, all employees must comply with internal rules and procedures regarding the processing of Personal Information. They must also follow all technical and organizational security measures in place to protect Personal Information.

- The Site Administration takes all necessary technical and organizational precautions to protect the User's Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, deletion or alteration, blocking, copying, disclosure, or other unauthorized actions by third parties.

- In the event of loss or disclosure of the User's Personal Data, the Site Administration notifies the User of the fact of loss or disclosure of their Personal Data.

9. Cookie Policy

- The Site Administration uses the information contained in cookies only for the above purposes, after which the collected data will be stored on your device for a period that may depend on the relevant type of cookie, but not exceeding the period necessary to achieve their purpose, after which they will be automatically deleted from your system. 11. Operator Rights and Obligations

12. Resolution of Disputes

- Before initiating legal proceedings for disputes arising from the relationships between the User of the Site and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to present a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

- The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.

- The Personal Data Processing Policy and the relationships between the User of the Site and the Site Administration are governed by applicable international laws and regulations relevant to data protection and privacy.

13. Updating This Policy

- Changes may be made to this Personal Data Processing Policy. The Site Administration has the right to make changes at its discretion, including, but not limited to, cases when the corresponding changes are related to changes in applicable legislation, as well as when the corresponding changes are related to changes in the operation of the Site.

- The Site Administration undertakes not to make significant changes, not to impose additional burdens or restrictions on the User's rights established by this Policy without notice. The User will be notified of such changes.
